Solterra at White Mountains
We are very excited to announce that Solterra at White Mountains has completed construction on our new building, dedicated to assisted living and memory care. We will be receiving our Directed Care License in January and the community is scheduled to open February 2010.

Our Solterra Springs program is designed for the older adults who are living with memory impairment and require the safety and comfort of a secured environment.
The Gardens Program is designed specifically for residents with early stages of dementia. The program goal is to maintain the highest level of independence possible for each resident. Our specially trained staff provides a structured environment created to increase mental stimulation, build self-esteem, and decrease anxiety while building a sense of family and community.
Solterra at Prescott
Located adjacent to the Prescott Lakes master planned golf community, Solterra at Prescott will offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Transitional Care. Pre-selling begins Summer 2010, with construction beginning in the Fall of 2010 and Phase 1 of construction to be complete in the Fall of 2011.
