Steve Jorgenson
Chief Executive Officer
The founder of Solterra Senior Living, Steve Jorgenson serves as its chief executive officer focusing his efforts on acquisitions and development, and strategically expanding the company’s brand. Jorgenson brings a wealth of entrepreneurial success and experience in technology, sales, strategic alliances and real estate development to the company. After a successful professional career in high technology, Jorgenson joined his father, Jeffrey J. Jorgensen, as founders of Solterra Senior Living in 2005. To date, they have designed and developed two Arizona projects under the Solterra Senior Living brand: Solterra at Chandler, a 100-room assisted living community that opened in 2008, and Solterra at White Mountains, a 117-unit assisted living and independent living community in Lakeside, Ariz. Under Jorgenson’s supervision, Solterra at Colorado LLC was formed in 2008 to acquire three senior care communities in Castle Rock and Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Ryan Weissmueller
Chief Financial Officer
Ryan J. Weissmueller serves as chief financial officer for Solterra Senior Living and oversees accounting, human resources and portfolio management. Prior to joining Solterra Senior Living, Weissmueller co-founded Balance Capital Partners, a Scottsdale-based financial services company that specialized in providing financial analysis, capital structuring and acquisitions for real estate development companies. Previously, Weissmueller co-founded and served as managing director of Franchise Capital Advisors, a boutique financial services firm providing debt and equity placement, mergers and acquisitions advisory services, and divestiture services to middle market commercial businesses. He served various roles at GE Capital and has extensive experience in both underwriting and origination of middle market commercial finance and has completed transactions ranging from less than $1 million to more than $100 million.

Donna Weimer
Chief Operating Officer
Possessing a broad-based background in health care management, operations and marketing of a variety of long-term care and skilled nursing communities, primarily in the Colorado marketplace, Donna Weimer is responsible for the leadership of day-to-day operations at Solterra Senior Living's five independent living, assisted living, memory care, transitional care and skilled nursing communities in Chandler and Lakeside, Ariz. and Castle Rock and Colorado Springs, Colo.
Prior to joining Solterra Senior Living, Weimer was vice president of sales and marketing at Extendicare Health Services, Inc. – the nation’s eighth largest skilled nursing provider -- where she directed the company’s sales and marketing strategic plan.
From 2001 to 2008, Weimer was with HCR Manor Care where she served as a regional director of operations for eight skilled nursing facilities in three states. She also was the assistant vice president of sales and marketing for HCR Manor Care during her tenure. Previously, she served as regional vice president in Life Care Centers of America’s Mountain States Division, based in Aurora, Colo., where she directed the operations of nine skilled nursing facilities and one retirement center.
Weimer provides Solterra Senior Living with a wealth of experience and proven leadership in the management and operation of successful skilled nursing and transitional care communities. With more than 25 years in the industry, she is recognized as one of the region's leading skilled-nursing and long-term care professionals.
Holding two degrees - a Master of Arts in gerontology and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology - from the University of Northern Colorado, Weimer is also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a certified Executive Coach.
Weimer resides in Denver where she enjoys time with her family and partaking in the recreation and active lifestyle Colorado has to offer. She is an avid mountain and sports enthusiast and enjoys travel in and out of the United States.

Joe Dunnigan
Director of Business Development
Possessing a diversified range of expertise in starting, growing and leading businesses in a variety of industries, Joe Dunnigan serves as Director of Business Development of Solterra Senior Living. Dunnigan is responsible for leading the company’s new business development initiatives as well as the company’s corporate marketing efforts. In his position, Dunnigan also plays a key role in acquisitions and new development.
Dunnigan previously served as a principal and chief executive officer of a Phoenix-based residential development firm focused on historic downtown Phoenix. The company completed 23 residential and commercial projects under his guidance. Prior, he was chief executive officer for a leading international sports facilities design and development firm.
He also has developed and sold a variety of local and national businesses, including a leading online retailer, a chain of specialty retail stores, and a marketing consulting firm.

Inge Duran
Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Finance for Solterra Senior Living, Inge Duran is responsible for the company’s billing, revenue enhancement and reimbursement maximization functions. Possessing more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry, Inge has worked in a variety of health care environments ranging from continuing care retirement communities and traditional long-term care facilities, to sub-acute specialty programs. She has worked with national skilled nursing home chains, as well as independent owners and operators, and has held a variety of positions, including director of accounts receivable, director of financial services, and controller. A licensed Assisted Living Administrator, Inge provides Solterra Senior Living with specialized expertise combining financial and operational experience rarely found in the health care industry.

Ricki Cantor
Ricki P. Cantor, PHR serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Solterra Senior
Living and is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management,
compensation and benefits as well as training and development. Ms. Cantor has over thirty years of experience in human resource management and has acted in
various executive positions and consulting roles during this time. Her past affiliations include
Zila, Inc., Security Savings and Loan Association, Best Western International and the RPCantor
HR Consulting Group. Her wealth of knowledge in employee relations supports and facilitates Solterra Senior Living’s
most important resource – its highly qualified and compassionate team. Ms. Cantor received a Bachelor of Arts in Education and she holds designation as a Certified
Professional Human Resources (PHR) specialist.
